• Aberdare Cables (Pty) Ltd:

Specialized SAP skills within the SAP Cable Solution and Production Planning (PP) environment allowed a successful go-live in June 2003 together with the roll-out of SAP to Aberdare’s 9 sites.  The SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) project went live in November 2004.

 

  • Henkel SA (Pty) Ltd:

Project management of the SAP upgrade (3.0F – 4.6C) including the following core modules: FI, PP-PI, QM, SD, MM, CO, CO-PA.  Implementation of FI-AA module and continuous business support to the client.

 

  • Air Chefs (Pty) Ltd:

A partnership with other solution providers ensured the first SAP implementation for an airline catering business.  This included interfacing with SAA’s catering schedule and passengers booking system.  Roll-out of a SAP template to the new catering concern who handles all international flights.  Continuous business support to Air Chefs.

 

  • Namibian Breweries Ltd:

SAP upgrade (3.1H - 4.7 Enterprise) including changing from PP to PP-PI and introduction of SAP Product Costing.

 

  • Siemens Business Services (Pty) Ltd:

SAP FI-AA stabilization project together with Fixed Asset Index Revaluation for National Ports Authorities across all harbors countrywide.

 

 
  • De Beers (Pty) Ltd:

Project management for the roll-out of SAP HR (PA, TM, PY) for Venetia Diamond Mine, Musina.


  • Landis and Gyr (Pty) Ltd:

Project management responsible for the system carve-out of Landis & Gyr from Siemens Limited South Africa. Consolidation between two independent SAP clients - a financial client and a logistical client both resident on separate SAP instances.

 

  • Nissan:

The Nissan project involved managing all SAP related master data. This included the material master, vendor master, customer master, info records, source lists, scheduling agreements, BOM, work centers, production versions, routings, KANBAN control cycles and JIT control cycles.

 

  • ABB:

Production Planning (SAP-PP) and Quality Management (SAP-QM) full life cycle SAP implementation for ABB PTT, a transformer manufacturing concern, blueprint to realization project.

 

  • Barclays:

SAP FI, CO, MM, PS and front-end banking interface business support for Barclays Botswana, Seychelles and Mauritius.

Rest of Africa to start mid May 2005.

 

  • Slagment:

Slagment is a manufacturing concern that manufactures an enhancer that makes concrete denser and more durable with time. The SAP project involved go-live support for FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, end-user training and documentation using ASAP methodology.

 

  • Northern Foods:

Successfully implemented SAP-CO (Controlling module) at 5 of their subsidiary food manufacturing companies. Management of the upgrade from 3.1 to 4.7.

 

  • Coca Cola

Developed PA reports to assist internal business management for Coca Cola Europe and North America.

 

  • Pick ‘n Pay

Provided specialized SAP Authorization and BW (Business Warehouse) skills to lead the design and train local members of the project team.

 

  • Pliva d.d.

Implemented SAP Product Costing and lead a team of 10 consultants at Central and Eastern Europe’s largest Pharmaceutical Company.
